RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES

 

We are always seeking talented graduate students to join our program. We are have a large and growing department that will offer you a wide range of research opportunities.

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR POTENTIAL FOREST ENGINEERING OR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING GRADUATE STUDENTS

The application deadline for a potential student starting Fall quarter is usually January 15 of the same year. If you will be applying from overseas, we recommend that you upload all of your application materials by December 15 of the prior year. Please be sure to communicate these deadlines to your recommenders. The following links contain more pertinent information:

We will not make any offer of funding until the full application is submitted and the review process has begun. Please review the application requirements carefully, including the TOEFL and GRE requirements. Once we have your application, our committee will review your qualifications and make admissions decisions. Please note that an acceptance for admission DOES NOT constitute an offer of financial support. Decisions regarding financial support are made after admissions.
